Our special needs sons were treated so compassionately. Dr. Haden put together a personalized treatment plan that has been an answer to prayers. I cannot express enough gratitude to nurse Lorrie for not accepting the insurance denial of medication. She spent time making calls and putting together detailed documentation. Thanks to her dedication and hard work the insurance company has finally approved coverage.

I have been coming here for years and have always felt my needs met and concerns addressed. The shot room managment is efficient and I enjoy brief chats with everyone in the back that gives shots. The front desk staff and billing has always worked with me if I had questions or needed help figuring with insurance. Dr. Hayden and Ben explain things well and will take time to answer questions you have. Anna is my favorite front desk person and I normally go to her as first choice. Sherry and Rebecca are also incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this allergist.

Ann or anna is her name and she rushed me off the phone saying “okay okay okay”. she is very disrespectful and should not be working there if she does not have patience or can’t even try to be kind and treat patients with respect.

I was told once a year, now suddenly it’s every 6 months, but no one can explain why. Instead, Rebecca tried to change the subject to my bill. Patients have choices, and this kind of attitude drives people away before they ever see how great the providers really are.
