Caroline is hands down my favorite instructor! Her energy is contagious, her playlists are always on point, and she has a way of keeping every class both interesting and challenging. I always leave her classes feeling energized, accomplished, and proud of the work I just put in. She makes the tough workouts so enjoyable, and I genuinely look forward to every session with her.

I was finally able to attend a class here using ClassPass. Fairly quicker instruction, and you get a "good sweat" due to the high temps. Candace led a good traditional CorePower class, and it seemed as though the ~4 other people in the class were regulars. Love the timing of their morning classes - plenty available for the pre-office crowd.
I personally dislike that their customer service feels "franchise friendly" since there's no way to contact the FW office directly. (Their phoneline they give goes to a national "customer service line" that's not even open during all their classes. It DOES make the studio more efficient and easier to manage for the owner/chain, but leaves customers feeling like they don't matter.)
Overall, I would visit a local yoga studio instead - for those true yogis out there! - if you're looking for a more friendly, "true Fort Worth" experience.
Something to note: They WILL lock the doors at class time, so don't bother showing up if you're 1 minute late or more.

I recently joined CorePower and have loved every class I’ve taken so far. In particular, Eme & Kym’s C2 classes have been both challenging and restorative. I really appreciated the first week free for new joiners as it gave me a chance to confirm that the classes offered worked with my schedule and to build a new routine before committing to a membership. Overall, I’m so happy to be a member!
