- GAGERMELINA ARCHER1 day ago4.0I would have given them a 5 star but it was not my fault that they were running late but I overheard the MA’s were given instructions to put patients on the waiting rooms because the doctors went for their lunch breaks! So making the story short I had waited a good 30-40 mins while the doctors took their lunch breaks before I was seen!! I work in the medical industry and we made sure that we staggered coverage to make sure the patients were seen seamlessly and didn’t have to wait while personnel took their lunch breaks!! SMH

We contacted my HR director and attempted to get it corrected. After about 30+ more minutes of waiting, the lady at Concentra said, “ you know what, I’m just going to put post accident on the form” she got me out of their without further delay.
