- CBChelsea BDec 29, 20251.0Waited almost three months to see Dr. Quist because she was recommended to me to treat interstitial cystitis, and even has an entire page dedicated on her website to what they do to treat it. The lady setting up my appointment back in October confirmed the office treats interstitial cystitis. Received a call from the front office one week before my appointment saying that Dr. Quist went through the medical records sent to her from my previous urogyno and won’t see me for the problem I am having and I was refused any explanation as to why. Why have an entire page about her 5 stage treatment program and get someone who has been suffering and desperate for help with this condition’s hopes up that they finally found help only to refuse it a week before their appointment? Don’t even bother believing her website and trying to make an appointment if you are suffering from interstitial cystitis, it will be a complete waste of your time.

She never rushes me, she takes the time to hear me out thoroughly and explains things where she knows I understand exactly what is happening with my medical care. She also does this in a manner where I also don't wait long for my appointments when I get there. This means they are scheduling appropriately to allow for questions and time with the doctor and not the 15 min cattle call appointments I have had at other offices. I also receive hormone pellets from Dr. Quist, there are SO MANY doctors who could learn from her and pain control. When she numbs my skin to cut an incision for the pellets, I don't feel the numbing shot. AT ALL! I don't know HOW she does this as no one else has been able to replicate what she does but its amazing. I was worried the first time that not feeling the numbing shot would mean I wasn't completely numb, but nope. I had nothing to fear, I never feel a thing. I am so very very happy my husband found her. He goes to her for his pellets as well (so men, you can see her TOO)!

I am 52 years old and have never been to a more caring and thorough women’s doctor. She truly listens and finds answers to my concerns and answers all of my questions. Let me say this, I am not a fan of any doctor visit let alone a well woman visit but from the moment I entered her office till the moment I left I felt at ease and welcomed by every one of her staff but especially Dr Quist herself. Dr Quist is warm, caring, very knowledgeable and down to earth. I love her bedside manner which is extremely important to me. You will love her as do I. 🙂
