So I decided that I would make them my new pharmacy. The representative answered… I stated Good morning how are you…. Her response was “fine how can I help you” ..she was very short. I then asked her if they had a certain medication in stock, she said no. I then asked will you all be ordering any..she pauses and says no. She never went into detail as to if it’s on back order or if they simply won’t be caring it any longer. I said ok thanks and she hung up in my ear. Based off of the customer service I’ll have to make a hard pass on them. I was really looking forward to doing business with them and supporting a local neighborhood pharmacy.
