- SCSmita K CannonSep 9, 20251.0Worst optical store I’ve ever been to. The staff had zero interest in helping me and acted like I was bothering them just by asking basic questions. The place looked run down and unclean, and honestly didn’t give me much confidence about the quality of the glasses. They advertise quick service, but that’s a joke—I waited far longer than promised, with no communication or updates. When I finally got my order, the glasses didn’t even fit properly, and no one bothered to fix the issue. Save yourself the time and headache—there are plenty of other optical shops that actually care about their customers.

First off they advertise free exam, that’s a lie they charged me $120 for a virtual exam 🙄Then the mark the frames one price then add hundreds of dollars so that you will still owe out of pocket. I just picked up my shades and they are not what I wanted. Very disappointed n dissatisfied 😡

- ZMZach MonteithAug 8, 20252.0The people were very nice. Professional. No issues there. The 2 for 79 is misleading. There are only a few (cheap ugly) frames to choose from. Even with my insurance I left with one pair and spent 230 dollars. Explain to me how that happens??? Plus the selection of frames is awful. Hideous most of them. I picked the least offensive one in my allowance and I don’t plan to wear them unless I lose or damage the pair I already had. Super disappointing. If you’re going to lure us in then upsell like that, at least make the frames fashionable. And varied. You have the same frame in 37 colors taking up a whole wall. Please do better. Until then I’m shopping online for glasses.

They did the bifocus which I asked him not to do since I had previously had them and they did not work and now I have to take off my glasses to read. I wish I would have went to Walmart
