Roxanne was absolutely amazing! She was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. I couldn’t believe how quickly she got everything done. I had my new prescription glasses ready in under 30 minutes. She explained the process clearly, made sure my prescription was perfect, and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. Outstanding service from start to finish. Roxanne definitely deserves recognition. Highly recommend!

Year after year I keep coming back to this location because the staff consistently show real kindness and genuine professionalism. They actually care about their customers. They take their time with every single person, no matter who they are or what they look like, and that is something you almost never see in this city. That alone makes them stand out, and it is the reason they deserve a full 5 out of 5 stars. Every time I walk through the door I am treated with respect and dignity. I feel like a fellow human being here, not just another appointment on the schedule. Stanton Optical has earned my loyalty.

No where on the website does it say that the eye exam is a telemedicine exam. Also on the website it says they take Tricare but when you ask them about they say they do that as a discount.

This place was recommended to me and it ended up being a total waste of my time. I lost 3 hours of my time only to be told to go see another doctor and bring my prescription back and they would give me credit for my worthless glasses. I requested a refund and ended up losing $25 that they charged for the worthless eye exam. I was dumb enough to try them out. I do not recommend them at all unless you have 3 hours to kill and money to throw away.

I brought my father here to get some basic glasses and I saw that they did them same day and he needed them quickly. The amount of frames available for men in the two pair special are very minimal. They have the same style plastic frame up probably at least eight times so out of the 25 options or so there are some that are duplicates. Most of the bridge sizes on those plastic frames are very narrow for some reason. But you can't get mad when you're getting the dealer giving you it's a steal honestly. Basic plastic lens with basic anti-glare with those basic frames included for 80 bucks basically. The real issue I have is the technical and adjustment knowledge. 1:When they measured his pupillary distance she didn't use a pupilometer, she used a marker, which is a shock because pupilometers have been around forever. Measuring this way does not give you good accuracy as you get one big number that you split in two but what if your right eye is a different distance from the center of your bridge then your left eye now you get unwanted prism for some patients. Owner please buy pupilometers for your opticians. I have one I got on Amazon for less than two hundred dollars. It's worth the investment to make sure you're accuracy and optics are top tier. 2: The dispense did not exist. She brought his glasses out and just handed them to him and then asked him if he needed adjusted. When you dispense you do the adjustments you make sure that they will not slip off their ears you adjust the nose pads you feel behind their ears and adjust the temples with your frame warmer. None of this happened. I had to do the dispense. I had to tell the associate they needed adjusted. Then she didn't even feel behind his ears she just said okay took the frames to the back and bent the temples without even feeling the frames behind his ears. Once she brought them back out they still needed adjusted badly but I didn't say anything cuz I didn't want anybody to feel uncomfortable or like I was trying to insult them. I would imagine it wasn't her fault and she probably hasn't been trained. 3: This is not a complaint but an observation. As we were waiting I walked around the office looking at frames and started listening to another associate presenting to a customer. I noticed she asked "would you like", many times. I didn't ever hear her say I recommend based off what you said or I recommend based off your prescription or I recommend based off your needs. Consultation is so important. Being a order taker doesn't build loyalty. Just an observation. This place has so much potential but in the short time I was there I felt like the staff needs technical training. Need training on how to help patients with what they need and not sell to them. If you help patients with what they need they will understand what they're buying and understand the value they're getting instead of feeling like they're getting stuff they don't need. I do recommend this place for basic eyeglass purchases based off what I saw and experienced. I just can not recommend for anything beyond that. If you need good digital progressives or bifocals, the measurements are crucial as well as the adjustments. For these I would be cautious.
