- CCCarlos4 days ago1.0Had an app at 6:15 arrived at 6. Around 6:45 a lady and her son showed up and said they had an app at 6:30 at 6:50 the lady performing the eye exam put her in before me. So we decided to leave. I guess people she knows get better treatment and priority than people with appointments.

Went back due that I really needed a pair of glasses due to my ugly headaches I get due to not having glasses. Staff was understandable and got me a temporary pair to help with my headaches. Thank you Stanton optical.

I went in with my 2 daughters, the lady representative helped all 3 of us. Come to find out that she messed up on my glasses. I ordered RX glasses and RX sun glasses. She took it appon herself to make my sun glasses transitional. And she gave me the wrong RX glasses!! Who male that type of error in an optical place!? After 2 months of waiting for my RX sunglasses, the same lady says to me "give me 2 minutes, while Joann helps you." After 30 minutes of waiting, I approached "Joann" and said I have no time for this I have to go because I was in my lunch time. Then I noticed an open computer with patient demographic. Big HIPPA violation, when I called them out on it, I was given a blank stare! They finally gave me my sun glasses. I've always gone to Stanton Optical (the one at the foutains), I figured they were all the same. NOPE, this place needs assistance in hiring people who are qualified and who know about HIPPA!
