  Clinic has gone down hill, when it was at its Missouri Location it was much helpful and much cuter staff by the way. It used to offer free STD testing or low cost. Today I was lazily explained by the receptionist about costing. When I was exiting the clinic I was hit with a snack on $250 charge. I said can I do payments and she showed no passion or care and just said “I already explained to you” with a straight face. If you’re going to show no passion in your job atleast explain well at first and have compassion to people who misunderstood the payment. By the way Ms Receptionist Ozempic is free.

  Staff was really rude, especially the house manager Miranda. Not understanding ,and my friend asked her a question on where she could go for the pharmacy and she was not helpful and being rude. She had asked simple questions. They also had her wait a lot to make the payment, she had to go up to them.

  Front desk lady Jazmin was very nice but the NP Sandy was very rude, rushed the appointment even said “look I gotta go soon” because I was trying to connect my earbuds to my music while getting my implant removed cause I was nervous. She threatened to kick my bf out of the room even though he was just sitting in the chair trying to support me and cheer me up. She was very rude and impatient. I called ahead to double book because I wanted to have a consultation about birth control but Sandy said no so then I just got the implant removed and left. She was just not nice. Also it took her forever to find the implant and remove it.

  This is the first time ever that I being treated with so much respect dignity and kindness thank you so much for the beautiful program they gave me so many things and teach me and listen to me and gave me treatment they remove my IUD and all the pain is officially gone thank you so much for so much empathy the best Dr that I ever met before and the most gorgeous team ever
