There are not no words to say how AWFUL... this place is. My mom has been waiting for medication for months, and the damn medical assistant can not figure out the documentation to ensure she gets it. I talked to the office manager since the stupid medical assistant will not call me back. She didn't care either. Not sure how these places are open to provide medical services. Some of the staff is super rude and at the lee trevino office this piece of s...ugly woman had the audacity to say that other patients' lives are more important than my mothers which is why the dr wasn't going to see her.
The drs. are terrible and never available. Seriously, don't go here. Find a dr. that truly wants to help you and office staff that are nice and competent. My family and myself go here for services here but will no longer be going here. I am looking for another specialist at the moment. If anyone knows a good pulmonologist, let me know.

Don’t come here they tell you to come early for your appointment so I came in 20 minutes early only to wait an additional 60 minutes. So I spent a whole hour and a half just waiting in the waiting room. I understand the first 20 minutes was my doing but to wait a whole hour past my appointment time do to their poor time management is totally unacceptable

Lengthy waits in the lines and during visits can be quite frustrating. If you have the option to find a less busy office, I highly recommend doing so. It can save you up to an hour of waiting time during each visit.
