She suggested that experiencing neck discomfort following a head injury was an unremarkable sensation, implying that she had complete understanding of my accident and its aftermath. This presumption was not only inappropriate but also left me feeling entirely unheard and invalidated, as if my personal experience of pain was being trivialized. Her overall approach felt condescending and demonstrated a profound lack of empathy for my condition. Furthermore, despite my presenting symptoms and the nature of the injury, the doctor’s medical assessment appeared cursory. She simply prescribed Ibuprofen without bothering to order any diagnostic imaging, such as an X-ray, which I believe would have been a crucial step in properly assessing the extent and nature of my injury. This superficial approach to my medical concerns is deeply troubling and raises serious questions about the thoroughness of the care.

I brought my son to urgent care 30 minutes before closing, only to be told the doctor was “done seeing patients for the day.” The front desk and doctor both refused to see him, even though the clinic was still open. When your child isn’t feeling well, you just want to get them the care they need and being turned away like that is extremely upsetting. If you post hours, patients should be able to count on them. I expected compassion and care, not a closed door.
