The staff worked through issues with insurance that most offices would just have written off, the medical staff diagnosed the issue correctly and quickly. Everyone was friendly and patient yet moving with purpose so that you didn't feel rushed but you were aware they were actively working to help you and others. The wait time was long when I got there, but never once did I regret going. They were moving through a large number of people. I had gone to another urgent care before that, had a large wait time with no one else there, got the wrong diagnosis and felt ignored even when asking basic questions. Concentra was the polar opposite. Its now saved as our first choice of urgent care.
