  Edit 12/24: I reached out via the email provided in their response on 12/19 and I still have not heard back. I feel bad that I have to leave a bad review because I usually have great experiences at Planned Parenthood, but my experience today was just awful. Lisa Ray (Rey?) dismissed my pain and told me to treat it with aleve, which I cannot take due to interactions with other medications. She then, seemingly out of annoyance, was unnecessarily rough when doing my pelvic exam. These exams are usually uncomfortable, not painful, like this one was. I was left on the verge of a panic attack due to the pain. If you must go to this clinic, request Stephanie. She’s great. I also really appreciate the manager, Maria, for listening to my concerns today. But I don’t think I will come back to this clinic after this.

  Stephanie is the GOAT She made me feel validated and supported and is also very knowledgeable and personable. I think she is truly a rare find and i wish everyone i knew had the amazing experience i got coming to this location. I'm sad I have to leave them because of a move bc i dont think i will ever have an experience so good again. 10/10 (the supporting staff is nice and helpful too)

  Stephanie is an angel sent from God. She is so incredible at putting in IUDs!!!!! This is my second IUD with her and oh my gosh, it’s over before I know it. Still a bit painful of course, but she is so gentle and somehow so quick. Incredible bedside manner. STEPHANIE IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!! Maria with the red hair is also so patient and nice. As is Maria with the black hair. Great experiences all around!

  Some of the most caring staff, they actually care and really truly listen to you, make you feel like you are valid, no matter what when it comes to reproductive health I will always come to planned parenthood, I have been to so many OBGYNs in the past and never have I had a better experience than I have with the people here, please please keep donating and supporting this wonderful organization

  Went in around 9:30 am to get BC prescription and they said they’d put in the order. Checked the pharmacy at 3pm and prescription had never been called in. Called planned parenthood and they lied to me about filling the prescription it wasn’t until after I called them at 3 that I got a text from the pharmacy my prescription was being filled.
