As busy as Dr. Hilliard is, Patti managed to get me squeezed in the next day and into surgery the day after. I love that OT is in-house. Eilish has been amazing with my OT. I had 2 procedures with Dr Hillard- one out patient and another in the office. The second time, I got to meet the therapist in the office, Eilish. Eilish is more than fantastic. The amount of care, compassion, creativity and excitement that she puts into each patient is more than you could ever ask for. Eilish makes the entire process tolerable, and actually enjoyable! Appointments are always quick and on time.
