Upon arrival the staffs up front were very welcoming.it was a bit of a wait, but with that being said, the staff up front, think her name is Vanessa, she made the wait easy and less stressful as she was so kind and professional to apologize for the wait. No one else took the initiative to do that. Showing your patients that you are concerned about their well-being and also their personal time, it goes along way! Not only that, I noticed they were short staffed and Vanessa stood in the gap to help in the front and back. I’m a team player at my job so it’s great when I can walk in another clinic and spot a team player. Awesome job Vanessa. We need more like you!

Was rejected for a physical 20min before cutoff time and was told that appointments are not accepted. Returned the next day and physical took over 2 hours with less than 10min of actual procedural time.

I went into Concentra for pre-employment, physical and drug screening. They do not allow for appointments, so walk-in basis is all they allow. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that it took 2 1/2 hours to have those two things performed.

I had to wait too long - an hour and a half and people were being called back that I was there before them, because they only had one provider. When I asked, it was because the ones called back before me had previously been seen and had follow -ups. But the biggest reason for the 0 was the provider. She didn't talk and ask questions about why I'm taking a medication, but said she could not give me a successful physical until I got a letter from my doctor stating I was fine to drive. I just moved to the area, so it would take too long to get in with a new doctor, and my doctor I moved away from is on vacation for a week. Also, since I used a CPAP 5 years ago, she said I needed 90 days of readings or needed another sleep study before she could sign off for my physical. She didn't talk and ask questions but made assumptions that prevented me from getting my Dot physical on time, which means I will have to go to another provider and pay for another physical ($140) and go to the DMV and fill out a bunch of forms and pay $80 there. Basically your provider caused me to lose my CDL because the time lapse. I waisted $140 by coming there and left work early to do it. I'm not even driving now, but I wanted to keep my CDL current, because of how difficult it was to get it. Also, I may start coaching again in the future and need it to drive my teams to their games.
