Doesn’t have respect for someone’s age. The customer is why you have a job. Also in a rush made it very uncomfortable. Also I have never had problem with my BP or asked to take test for sleep apnea. There were some good staff but not the young lady. I had to take off my shoes to do height and weight test. Really she didn’t do some things that she should have. Very rude young lady. She even said if I had a problem I should speak to my employer. Someone else had to come get my BP. I had enough it was not a good visit at all. I gave one star for the other staff that had nothing to do with her attitude. I hope I never have to come there again.

After years of getting this physical done, all of a sudden I’m running a risk for sleep apnea. After my results came back negative (like I knew they would) they printed my medical card with the wrong birth year and address, out of spite if you ask me. Thankfully I was able to go to a different company and redo everything and get it done correctly. I will never be using any Concentra locations going forward.
