- TPTravis PlazinichSep 27, 20251.0At first it seemed like it may have been a good idea to not go to tso this year to save money.so I tried a new place …….. after 14 days I called and system ,and it said they have already been picked up, so I called the store,I was told the store is closed and my glasses were sent to another store( nowhere near my area)…….no phone call,no text.i called this store and after 14 days they still needed to put the lenses in before I could pick them up……… you get what you pay for. Save yourself the hassle and go to a reputable place……..I should mention the girl who helped me when I first went was great,she was very nice and helpful ……the issue is the company.
