  My personal opinion is to not use this facility unless you have no other options. Four months after my visit to this facility, I received a billing statement marked "Payment Due Upon Receipt" in large, bold text in the upper right corner of the page. The total charges reflected were $4,500 minus an insurance adjustment of $3,650 leaving an out-of-pocket cost of $850. The statement also reflects a patient payment of zero dollars, though I paid them $530.40 at the time of service. The visit and payment occurred in July, and the insurance adjustment was completed in August. Given that timeline, receiving a bill months later that does not reflect my payment is difficult to understand and raises concerns about billing accuracy. My personal advice is to go anywhere but here. The facility was dank with water damage showing in the ceiling tiles during my visit. I felt a strange tension amongst the staff. The medical care and bedside manner was just okay, and now the billing issue. I was not going to go online and report the sub-par experience except for now having to deal with their billing practices. To make it worse, the phone system to their accounts receivable department they suggest you call automatically picks up and places you on hold. As of hitting submit on this review, I've been on hold for over 20 minutes without speaking to anyone or any other confirmation that someone will be assisting. It's just obnoxious non-stop hold muzak.

  I brought a patient to Center Well. I was ask by the patient to be present during visit and consultation. Her regular. Dr and nurse practitioner were on vacation. The Dr told her she needed to set up visit with Physichiatrist (1st time seeking patient) The Dr came in and asked me to leave.

  This doctor’s office has excellent customer service and is always very clean. The staff is friendly, efficient, and makes every visit smooth. Highly recommend! We love taking our kids there with Dr. Forsythe & Assistant Luceldi.

  This is a very busy hospital. In order to get a tray you have to call down to the kitchen then it takes one or two hours to receive. I was placed on a liquid diet it was almost like warm chicken broth I waited two hours for some chicken broth. I’ve had a headache all day from lack of food.. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had.Every high dollar test possible no results.
