  Had my lasik done here on the 11/15. So far, everything has been great. It’s wild to wake up and just be able to see after 25 years in glasses/contacts. My follow up had me at 20/15 vision as well. The procedure was intense, but I followed their directions and everything went well. It IS uncomfortable for the first 6-8 hours after the procedure. Just go to sleep like the tell you to and when you wake up, it’s manageable and you can see!

  I had my LASIK surgery just three days ago, and I’m already seeing 20/15! The entire experience was incredible from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The procedure itself was quick and surprisingly comfortable, and the results have exceeded every expectation I had. Waking up with crystal-clear vision—better than perfect—has been life-changing. I can’t thank the team enough for their professionalism, precision, and care. If you’re considering LASIK, this is absolutely the place to go. Truly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

  Quiero comenzar hablando sobre mis ángeles en este proceso: los técnicos Grisel y Richard. El día anterior a mi cita, Richard, con toda la paciencia y el amor del mundo, aclaró todas mis dudas y calmó mis nervios. Me explicó detalladamente cada paso del procedimiento y logró eliminar por completo mis miedos sobre todo lo que pensé que podría salir mal en la cirugía. Al llegar ese día a la clínica, Grisel me recibió con mucha amabilidad y me guió por cada proceso preoperatorio, siempre con cariño, manteniéndome tranquila y sin nervios. Cuando mis exámenes estuvieron listos, llegó mi doctor McKenzie para confirmar que era apta para la cirugía. Después de revisar mis resultados y examinar mis ojos, me dijo con toda la amabilidad del mundo que era perfecta para la cirugía. Luego, Richard me llevó con mi cirujano, el Dr. Brewer —o Dr. Flash, como cariñosamente le llamo— porque su habilidad y talento son tan grandes que mi cirugía solo tomó ¡7 minutos! 🤣 No tuve ni tiempo de ponerme nerviosa. Todo sucedió increíblemente rápido. No sentí absolutamente nada de dolor, ni siquiera incomodidad. Realmente, me arrepiento de no haberlo hecho antes: mi vista fue espectacular desde el día siguiente. Volví a mi consulta posoperatoria con mi siempre amable doctor McKenzie, quien me confirmó que todo estaba perfecto. ✨ Gracias, infinitas gracias, por permitirme volver a ver el mundo sin gafas ni lentes.

  I’m writing this simply because of the extremely rude way I was handled this morning. I went in on Friday and I can not get the procedure. That’s fine. My eyes are damaged. However, Saturday morning I awoke to a red eye. It was burning, scratchy, and hurt to any light. This morning I did a virtual doctor visit. She told me to go back to the eye institute. I called to really let them know that this happened and maybe see the doctor. When I tell you the male receptionist was so rude. I have never called a place back or been confrontational. Yes I called them back. The Second Lady was really sweet. I explained and did tell her my concerns. But yes, I got an eye infection after coming to your place. Maybe my “dirty hands “ as they suggested. I won’t ever suggest this location to anyone simply because of the guy’s rudeness. He hung up on me cause I tried to explain that I’m not trying to schedule an appt. Are you even listening. And when I asked for his name… whatever hope you get the day you deserve

  I had a great experience. If you are on the fence I really say go for it! Everyone here is so lovely and the staff is so helpful and friendly! I felt informed and supported the entire time. We did a same day consult and surgery. I was pretty positive I wanted this if I was a good candidate. It was so fast! The surgery itself didn’t hurt and was SO fast. I was amazed. I waited longer in the lobby than the surgery actually took (I did NOT wait in the lobby very long!) on the way home from the surgery my eyes felt like they burned a little. I went home and took a nap and when I woke up 2 hours later I felt virtually NO pain. I can’t believe I waited this long. I had waited a while before deciding to go for it because I was afraid of the cost but honestly not having to worry about contact and glasses appointments and those costs really makes it worth the money any day. I couldn’t give more than 5 stars so that will have to do!
