- CPC P3 days ago1.0If I could give zero stars, I would. Stanton Optical was an absolute circus, and not the fun kind. They have one person doing everything: front desk, sales, exams, photos, emails. It is basically an entire optical office run by a single overwhelmed salesperson who is trying to cover every role. They started by quoting us almost eight hundred dollars for a pair of glasses. Yes, eight hundred dollars. The moment we said we only wanted the prescription, everything shifted to “wait over there.” Someone walked in after us, and that person immediately took priority. It makes no sense to hand out appointments if the process relies on whoever walks in at the right moment. It got worse. There is no actual doctor on site. Your “exam” is literally them taking photos and sending them off, hoping someone replies with a prescription. We had to wait even longer because the pictures were not clear, and the salesperson admitted the prescription might be a guess. A guess. For people’s eyesight. Between the bait and switch pricing, the shady FREE with an asterisk promotions, and the complete lack of professionalism, I would not trust them to handle anything. I definitely would not trust them to make my glasses. Save yourself the frustration. Go anywhere else. Oh yeah, almost forgot, the waiting room was taken over by some kid the attendant was baby sitting. Brain rot YouTube videos was all we had to listen to for almost two hours. I don't think it's a general occurrence, but it was annoying.

- ADAbbi DemelSep 1, 20251.0DO NOT GO HERE! My boyfriend bought brand new Ray Ban frames for his new glasses the morning before bringing them into Stanton. We just picked up the glasses today and there are multiple deep scratches on the frames and a massive chip in them as well. We had a conversation with the lady up front and let me tell you, she was absolutely not helpful. Basically told us that this is COMMON!!! She did not offer a refund or anything. Terrible service overall and customer service was also horrible. Highly suggest steering clear of this location at the very least. Btw - I am also sensitive about leaving reviews as a business owner myself, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
