  I’ve been coming to this Planned Parenthood almost weekly for the last 5 months for the same recurring issue. Every time I’d get an infection, I’d be put on antibiotics, and then those antibiotics would cause a different infection. It became a never-ending cycle, and I’ve spent nearly $3,000 just on visits, not including the cost of medications. I booked an appointment online for an IUD removal on 11/7. When I called ahead, I was told the cost would be $145, and I explained that I had recently lost my job and asked if there were any payment plan options. I was told no. When I arrived, the doctor was unable to remove my IUD and said I needed to get an ultrasound to locate it first. I wasn’t given any guidance, referrals, or help finding a provider who could do both the ultrasound and the removal in the same place. Despite the procedure not being completed, I was charged $348, which is more than double what I was originally told. The lack of transparency, support, and consistency has been incredibly frustrating, especially after months of ongoing issues and thousands of dollars spent. I left feeling dismissed, stressed, and without any real resolution.

  Had a very pleasant experience at this clinic. The providers were well-informed, professional, and personable. I was never made to feel like my time or my concerns as a patient were not valued. The testing procedures were quick, painless, and done with care.

  I had a very frustrating experience with Planned Parenthood. I was scheduled for an 11:30 appointment but wasn’t seen until after 12. When I booked, I was quoted $150 for the base appointment. Once I got there, I was told it would actually be $228, then with labs it jumped to $390 (which I agreed to), only for them to raise it again to $500—with no option for a payment plan. This kind of constant price-changing feels misleading and incredibly stressful, especially for women who come here expecting affordable and accessible care. Planned Parenthood advertises itself as being affordable and supportive of women, but in my experience, it was neither.

  I got a referral for breast cancer screening and imaging. I always receive great informed care. They also provided me with info about all my birth control options. Thank you Planned Parenthood
