I went to Gameday Men’s Health for what was repeatedly described as a free testosterone test. Their website still states the test is free, and every person I spoke with prior to my appointment confirmed there would be no charge unless I proceeded with treatment. The appointment itself was fine, my results showed that I do not have low testosterone, and do not need treatment. However, after leaving the consultation and while driving home, I received a voicemail stating that I would be charged $100 due to a “new policy.” A charge was processed on my credit card without prior notice or consent. Over the last three days, I have contacted the office multiple times requesting a refund. While communication has been courteous and I have been assured the refund was processed and that I would receive a confirmation email, I haven't received either.

- CRChrissty RiveraDec 10, 20251.0if your looking this place up to work DONT do it ! having me go twice for just a waist of time ! i got an offer letter to work for them communication was horrible then was told after everything came back they said they weren’t worried about a misdemeanor like a DWI the owner himself with messages said he was more concerned about felony’s so i don’t understand when i keep asking when do i start they ake the job back no reason explanations but unprofessional on their part i declined 3 jobs while waiting for them for me to “start” my plan since it was part time to go back to school the days i didn’t work i accepted the pay cut after 13 yrs of experience but on indeed they said they pay up to 25 False advertising and they wanted me to start at 20 after they saw how many experience i had my whole point if they do their employers like that can’t even imagine the customers ! i already had several people waiting for me to start to start their journey but anyways unprofessional place ! it’s more upsetting as a single mother i now could of been working if i would t have not declined those other jobs now to figure out how to make a 13 yr old christmas
