The doctor Sukanya Ambavaram was very rude at every appointment we had including the initial emergency I had when I came to the urgent care. She originally told me she couldn’t stitch my lip , but moved with ZERO urgency to give me my paperwork so that I could go to another emergency facility to get emergency care. She also took her time providing the referral I needed until a week later and tried to argue me down about it even when I had my discharge papers and there was NO referral listed . She then pulled up her own personal notes and showed where she documented it & just never provided me with the information.

She spoke in an unfriendly tone and handled my belongings in a careless way, which made the experience uncomfortable. Professionalism could definitely be improved.
