He had fever, he was shaking and they said they will bring Tylenol , they forgot to bring it until I told the doctor . I told them that I gave my son Motrin so he now needed a dose of Tylenol Then they wanted to bring Motrin . I told the he needed Tylenol. Also they didn't even want to prescribe the Tamiflu . Like she didn't even care for the health of my kids . No empathy. She said she can't prescribed it because all medications for the flu were out the stock and she is not going to be looking for it . I had to say, would you please prescribe it, sent it to the pharmacy then I can take care of it and look for it .

We sat down for 1 minute once we arrived and was immediately taken to a room. I was thoroughly pleased. From the front desk to the nurse told the doctor. ALL WERE AMAZING!!! Definitely recommend, BUT schedule your appointment. It was late and they had a list of 24 hour pharmacies available to pick WHICH was another service for them going above and beyond. And tge service was FAST!! In and out within 45 minutes or less. GREAT SERVICE!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would give it hands down.

The medical assistant was polite and respectful. NP Shalea arrived, asked thorough questions, and examined my daughter. Everyone was very attentive, ensuring my daughter was comfortable by offering Gatorade and ibuprofen for pain. Once they diagnosed strep, they gave the first dose of amoxicillin. Overall, I will return to this location when needed. I was happy and relieved with their attention to detail and quick response. Thank you.
- LLLarkDec 18, 20251.0It’s already stressful when your child feels poorly, but I would have had more support and compassion from a viper than we did upon entering the empty waiting room. On line booking failed to send pre registration text, and filling out a long questionnaire with way too many questions regarding child’s identity and pronouns, was ridiculous and added to an already stressful situation. Walked out and headed to Breeze’s Urgent Care with no appt. Didn’t hassle with paperwork, immediately looked over my child and sent us straight to ER for Appendicitis. Absolutely no need to visit Children’s Health PM.
