I could not have asked for a better environment for her to spend her final years at. The staff was amazing. I could not have chosen a more loving caring group of people to take care of Mom, especually with the COVID restriction, when my family and I couldn't be there. They were our ears, eyes, and voice during that challenging time. The care and attention she recieved, not only from Brookdale Hospice, but from the entire White Rock staff during her final day was amazing and so very comforting to our family. I will forever be grateful to them. They will always be family to me.
- JJJaniacSep 23, 20182.0It’s been 18 months since my Mom was there. I was surprised to get on here and see any good reviews at all. The management was very nice but some of those workers were so not qualified and I witnessed some things I wished I hadn’t seen. That place stunk so bad I felt like I needed a gas mask 😷 just to walk down the hall. I had my Mom here at my house with us for awhile until her dementia got so bad we moved her around to some places. If I had to do it all over again with all the money those places cost I should have hired her a live in nanny. They don’t get the care they need on those places.
