They sweet talk you into thinking this service will work and show no remorse or concern when it doesn’t give you any results after spending thousands of dollars for results! I was told by my Dr. that I was still swollen and may not see results until the 6 month mark. Well no results at all!!! They make you sign tons of papers that no one explains to you! I was forced to be in pain after the surgery since the Tramadol they gave me caused horrible nausea and I couldn’t even take it. They refused to send me any more pain medication and I never received a courtesy call to ensure I was doing well. They even lied about the downtime and pain experience afterwards. I had to take three days off work after being told I would be up and ready for work the next day. They didn’t even have the decency to call me and tell me they couldn’t do anything else to help me to achieve the results, only a email! This is the biggest regret ever!!!If this is how you want be treated go right ahead.

It was super easy to schedule because of their flexibility. The office is gorgeous and the concierge team members are welcoming and kind. The nurses do a great job at keeping everyone on time and are easy to get a hold of if you have questions after the procedure. They really put you at ease. The surgery went well and I’m thrilled with my results, even after the first week! You should go and try it!
