My wife had her glasses made here and returned to ask for help, and as soon as she walked out, they called her stupid. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else , there are plenty of better options around
- YMYarnell McGeeNov 8, 20255.0Let me tell you about this wonderful place of extremely kind people! I called and made an appointment several days ago. We were already in their system as Stanton Optical used to be Eye Lab. I received text messages and email reminders of the upcoming appointment. We arrived and completed the electronic forms and such. The eye exam was performed remotely by an optometrist with an onsite optometrist reviewing the eye exam results and writing the prescription. My son got glasses and they were crafted onsite. The attendant told us that the glasses would be ready in an hour or so, but they were ready before that time. We actually went to get something to eat nextdoor and when I came back to use the facilities, the glasses were ready! Amazing! My son did come back after he finished eating to discuss how he felt wearing them, but was assured that his eyes were adjusting to the new prescription, but to wear the glasses for a week and to come back if there were any problems. The onsite optometrist looked on as the attendant was providing instructions to my son along the the supervisor at the location. I thought it was outstanding how the supervisor was able to describe how my son's eyes were adjusting to the new prescription with his agreeing to every detail!

I went there for the first time a few months ago, and everyone in that facility is so sweet, especially Brittney - she's like a ray of sunshine, but without the whole burning-your-retinas thing. Funny, intelligent, helpful, and very pleasant, she's got the whole customer service thing down pat. I loved our little chats the two times I went there, and I was actually worried I'd never find the place again since I forgot where it was, but luckily my memory came back and I swung by to pick up my prescription glasses. When I got there, Brittney greeted me with a huge smile on her face and welcomed me back, and I was shocked she even remembered me since i was there only ones before. But seriously, customer service is key, and Brittney's got it locked down, which is why I'll definitely be back at Stanton Optical.
