We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

    10/10 Scheduled same day, got exam, and they put lenses into my frames all in the span of 2 hours! They even swapped my damaged nose pads thank you.

    I’ve always had nice customer service at this location. I’ve brought my family here for glasses and everything always went smoothly. I recently went and found out I needed glasses. I was quoted a 3 week time frame but my eyes really have been hurting so I went somewhere else and was able to get them sooner. I called 3 days later to let them know I wouldn’t need the glasses anymore and was met with attitude. The same friendly associate that helped me place the order, whole attitude changed when I had to cancel. She spoke to me like I was a child and when I tried to explain to her that I was only cancelling due to the timing of the glasses not the money she told me I was over talking her. I asked for her manager because at this point since she wouldn’t be quiet to hear I don’t mind paying the restocking fee, I just wanted to speak with someone else who wasn’t rude. I also told her to cancel the order the day before and she told me no one was there who knew how to cancel the order or charge the restocking fee. I find it ridiculous that no one is trained to handle refunds except the manager whom she said was out. They should all be trained to help with refunds so customers can take care of issues like this as soon as possible. A Part of me wish I met her with the same energy she gave to me but the other part just don’t have time to deal with ignorance. So just a heads up, You will get the best customer service as long as you are paying their higher inflated prices for glasses but as soon as the timing of the anticipated delivery doesn’t work for you and you need to cancel, you will be met with the most rudest customer service ever. I wish I wrote her name down so others are warned about her nasty attitude. Her employee number is 101.If you have a membership to Costco I advise going there. I got the same glasses that they were charging $356 for after insurance for $30 plus they were available in a week and it didn’t come with a side of attitude.Good luck!!

    Dr. Patel and the Pearle Vision team provided an excellent experience — professional, thorough, and caring throughout the visit. Dr. Patel took the time to explain everything clearly, while the facility itself was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. From start to finish, the service was efficient and reassuring. Highly recommend both the doctor and the Pearle Vision location.

    Eye doctors great. The guy that did the pre exam was horrible! I was ready to walk out!! He mumbled, took forever and appeared to be brand new. I asked the eye doctor was he knew, she stated he has been here a while. When the exam was done I chose my glasses. Not comfortable that I still had to deal with him. He never had me put the glasses on. He put in the container and checked me out. Now I’m here to pick them up, nice gal started fitting me for them. Not a good fit at all. She hands me off to him cuz he checked me out!!! What… I stated I didn’t feel confident with his ability. He’s going to argue that he asked me if they were ok. Why in the hell do I have to deal with him over the other staff?? He never looked at them on my face! They can’t give me no slip nose cushion. Every pair of glasses I’ve ever wore I had the nose grips changed out. Poor business practice to make a patient deal with a staff member because he took my glasses. Do they work on commissions?? I will get my exams here and get glasses elsewhere. I actually said keep these glasses and refund my money and insurance. I was told I would have to pay a 30% fee. Fee!!!! They haven’t left your store. Had your staff done his part in the beginning!!!! Another business that doesn’t care if the customer is happy. Nope let’s not hold the staff to any standards!
