The hygienist was very accommodating and knowledgeable, the doctor was gentle and informative, she explained the diagnosis and the recommended treatment in a way that was very easy for me to understand. The gentlemen’s handling the insurance process was also very professional and accommodating. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
