- PRPaula ReederJun 24, 20155.0I have been a VERY satisfied patient of Jim's for over 20 years! I first discovered him when a friend recommended him for "naturopathic" dentistry. I had just begun reading about the caustic chemicals used in a lot of dentistry, and knew that I had to check this out. In addition to being very compassionate, Jim is profoundly knowledgeable and free with discussion of whatever he is doing, or whatever he has recently learned. I have had 4 root canals in my life. The only painful one that I had was performed by an endodontist. The 3 from Jim were pain and trouble free. Along the lines of caustic, the first one from the endo has a canal filled with caustic substance....the ones that Jim performed were done "naturally" and filled with essential oils +. When Jim made the crowns, he then tested them for adaptability in my body before placing them. In one instance, he took back two perfectly fine crowns and made them with a different metal to satisfy my body's compatibility. I had Jim pull all 4 of my son's wisdom teeth. Once again, problem free. Jim has gone over and above his call of duty to help me when I have had an emergency. My husband used to ask me why I went all the way from the Katy area to the Greenspoint area (where Jim formerly had an office). He thought it ridiculous that I traveled that far until he one day decided to give Jim a try. He now KNOWS. I have recommended Jim to no less that 8 of my friends, and they have been similarly happy! Suffice it to say that my biggest fear is that this man will some day retire. Then who will I go to? I highly recommend Jim to anyone wanting quality service!

More important, he is a genuinely caring individual whose patients know him as a friend as well as an incredibly gifted practitioner. There is a reason why Dr. Nored’s patients may relocate out of town or out of State, but they travel back here to have their dental work done!
