Would not come here for services. No one ever answers the phone. Their nurses/ma’s are very rude. They billed me for a visit that I clarified my lab results from another primary care was faxed over but when I got roomed was informed they didn’t have them.

The practice is poorly managed and the staff is overworked. Several times nurses called me and gave me results that were not mine. I was never tested for gestational diabetes.
My doctor did not deliver my baby. Dr. Weathersby was on call. She left me sitting on ice 9.5 cm dilated for 7 hours and never once did she do a check. I developed a severe fever and she would not approve pain medication. She also would not allow me to drink water, even after the nurse brought me a tray with water and broth. When they removed the catheter, my urine was dark brown and bloody because I was very dehydrated and had developed an infection. Finally, the shift changed and Dr. Bailey came on call. I have no complaints about Dr. Bailey. Immediately after hearing what was going on, she checked me and said I had been at 10 cm dilated the whole time—anatomically I have a low lying pelvis and i had a piece of tissue that made it look like I was only at a 9.5. She and the nurses helped me do spinning babies and I was able to deliver vaginally. My baby’s heart stopped and he was born with an infection because he was stressed at having been in the birth canal so long. He was also born with low blood sugar and went through all 60 ML of colostrum I brought with me before we had to switch to formula, which I was trying to avoid, to keep his blood sugar up.
I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy.

I saw that a lot of bad reviews talked about wait times/scheduling issues. I'm sorry to say that the waiting is standard to everywhere I've been a patient at. So in my rating, I'm not going to hold that against them because I think it's more a symptom of the healthcare system in general than anything they're doing.
I have been very happy to be a patient of OB & Gyn Associates and Dr. Hyde. I was with a different clinic and Dr for my first pregnancy and it was such an awful experience, I knew I needed to find a Dr I could trust if I was going to have another baby. I trusted Dr Hyde to take care of me and my baby and she did. What I like most about Dr Hyde is how pragmatic she is. She's not going to sugar coat everything and kiss your ass, but she is going to give you the facts and make sure that you're taken care of. I had pregnancy complications and she was straightforward and honest with me from the beginning about treatment, risks, etc. She took a thorough and cautious approach in my care with early glucose testing, extra BPPs, and a referral to MFM. My biggest concern was my high blood pressure and preeclampsia, which I had with my first pregnancy at my previous Dr but was not taken seriously. Dr Hyde and I talked about my concerns, she validated me by agreeing that I did not receive standard or adequate care from my previous Dr, and talked me through how she manages preclampsia. When my blood pressure spiked, she caught it and sent me to be admitted for extra monitoring. While I was in the hospital I was treated by Dr Rasmussen and once I was discharged followup was with Dr Chisolm. Both were just as thorough and communicative as Dr Hyde. Dr Hyde delivered my baby and followed my post-delivery request for delayed cord clamping without judgement. I felt like she saw and treated me as an actual human being, rather than a vessel. This was a very different experience to my last Dr where it felt like they were more concerned about my baby than me. After I gave birth the first time, that doctor was not at all concerned with my treatment or followup care. After this pregnancy under Dr Hyde's care, she was very thorough in her followup and even had me admitted again after birth to ensure my blood pressure was treated properly. I highly recommend this office and especially Dr Hyde. I think she's a wonderful healthcare provider and clearly passionate about what she does.
