- ACApril CollinsDec 22, 20252.0The receptionist was too busy running off at her mouth talking about her personal business and her grandfather and everything instead of trying to find a way to look up customer's accounts properly I was there for a drug test she had to go get the manager the manager was busy The manager came right up found my information immediately I was on the phone I had to call my new job to ask them to send over paperwork which they didn't have any clue as to what I was saying The next person came in behind me the receptionist did exactly the same thing it's called customer service I went up to her to tell her that I had to use the bathroom real bad and I was there for a drug test she said oh well you have to wait on me to send you a code to your phone while she continuously just set there and talk very unprofessional

I know one of them recieved the same service as me because I heard him ask when he came in about the wait time. I was there for almost 2 hours and once I was seen it took less than 10 minutes.
