Told the assistant Bradley and ;Dr. Deepika Ganne many times if my allergies to latex and they still used latex gloves resulting in multiple sores inside my mouth. Another visit and told assistant Lety and to remind Dr Ganne, they still used latex. Dr. Ganne had poor table manners offering unsolicited opinions about the status of my teeth. Saying she didn’t understand I could have bad teeth. Totally unwarranted. Will see other Dr before I see her and their services.

I have high anxiety with most medical care providers and in the case of any dental procedure- including cleaning- I require nitrous to alleviate anxiety. He's very quiet but explained procedure thoroughly. I'm sure he was apprehensive when faced with my guarded behavior. I felt no pain during the process and his assistant followed up with care explanations. Use of nitrous for me is the key to success and comfort. I appreciate the care.
