    Alloy is a great way to workout and feel like you’re getting a personal trainer. One on one is great. The trainers are so nice and not judgmental at all. James, the Director is always so helpful when I need something and you can sign up for classes online. I highly recommend it!

    Amazing trainers, very convinient! And I’m much stronger now. Really like how you can challenge yourself without risking injury as all of the exercises can be adapted to where you are fitness wise. Love it! 6 months and counting! Malena

    I have done 2 months of this training with Alloy. I really like the variations built into the routine, 2-3 times a week. The instructors are mindful of the specific focus you have; and given the small group format, they are able to monitor and track your progress even as you do the workouts in a group.
