From our initial phone call to the first office visit, the entire staff went above and beyond to assist my husband with his needs. Just recently my husband unfortunately messed up his new frames so I called on a Monday and Hector was able to give me all the information I needed, and the very next morning my husband walked in and Hector knew he was just by remembering our phone call the day before. Hector was extremely helpful and was able to get my husband out the door in no time, with glasses!
