  Don’t get me wrong this is a good clinic but very slow when it comes to sending out pre authorizations to insurance to receive medications. I have been calling for a week trying to get my daughter medication and everyday I’m told to call back or no one can get a hold of the provider. My daughter has completely ran out of medication and at this point I’m very frustrated. Hope you are not in a rush

  First time here and I had a great experience staff is very nice and helpful they make sure to explain everything with detail. Ashley was amazing.

  My first visit here was positive. Everyone was friendly and attentive to my needs, and the doctor made me feel at ease throughout the process :)

  i’m glad i advocated for myself as hard as i did.. Melanie was not very helpful.. and insisted on not making things easier as far as verifying my insurance. hearing my insurance lady ( on my phone ) ask for an identification number she needed, and Melanie not even flinching to say no, then another young lady behind the desk immediately after giving her the number.. respectfully i set my appointment and i elaborated what i was there for.. if it was going to fall under the “it’s almost time to go home” time slot that should be taken up with whoever sets the appointments. funny how 30 mins before they close they still, can’t get confirmation and now they HAVE to reschedule even though the whole gravie team was aware of the call coming.. Melanie is not my advocate and does not care.. but she got to go home on time at the account of my wasted only day off for the next 7 days and going more time unchecked
