  I am writing this review as a formal record of what has been happening with my case and to request a refund. First, I want to acknowledge that the three people who have assisted me have been very kind and courteous. However, despite their good service, the outcome has not been acceptable. Most importantly, two pairs of glasses have already been manufactured for me, and a third pair is currently being made with a supposed improvement. I have had astigmatism and farsightedness since childhood, and none of the glasses provided have worked. I have been forced to go back to my old glasses because the headaches, dizziness, and eye pain caused by the new ones are unbearable. Throughout this process, there have been discussions suggesting that I may need a different type of lenses, possibly one pair for distance and another for near vision. However, I was told the current glasses are for distance, and I cannot see properly with them at any range—near, intermediate, or far. This indicates that the prescriptions provided have not been accurate or effective in helping me achieve proper vision. I truly need glasses. My old glasses broke and are already three years old, so updating them is necessary. Unfortunately, each new attempt has resulted in worse vision, not improvement. Additionally, I am now required to undergo an in-person examination with a different doctor at another location, as all previous exams were conducted virtually. Despite this, two pairs of glasses were already made and neither of them works. In conclusion, I have paid approximately $450, I still do not have usable glasses, and I have very little confidence that further attempts will resolve the issue. For this reason, I am formally requesting a full refund. I respectfully ask that my case be prioritized and resolved as soon as possible, as this situation is seriously affecting my quality of life. In this way, as of today, I clearly do not recommend this place.

  First and foremost I want to express how extraordinary the team is who assisted me in my Optical procedure. They answered every question very patiently they allowed me to look for my insurance by assisting me with calling to see how effective my insurance was. They allowed me to take my time in choosing the right I eye wear for me. When I explained to them my concern about different shapes and sizes they took their time to explain and tell me how to move forward with the right pair of glasses that would aesthetically be pleasing to me and not heavy on the nose. The eye exam was extraordinary it was different and effective and done with clarity. They also helped me save a great deal of money by making sure that the services that I needed, for instance, buy one pair getting the second pair for free and making sure that the proper discounts were applied. All in all if I could give a higher score from entering into the store to exiting the store more than a five-star review. I definitely would.

  Very quick & convenient. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I was given a thorough eye exam and accurate prescription for contact lenses and eye glasses in just a few minutes! My contacts lenses arrived in a few days as promised. They accept most vision insurance plans and were happy to answer any questions I had. I will most definitely go here for my eye exam again in a year! Thank you so much!

  This is my first time visiting this business, and I have never had such an amazing experience! Dai Is nothing short of amazing!! He’s very knowledgeable he even helped me choose frames that fit my prescription and they look great! He was so patient with me and he’s nothing short of an angel! I’m so happy I came to this location and FIVE STARS FOR SURE! this is where you need to come!!!

  Customer service was top notch with Dai, he explained everything and got me exactly what I needed! This is my second Stanton location to go to and will definitely be new home store!
