I was given a thorough eye exam and accurate prescription for contact lenses and eye glasses in just a few minutes! My contacts lenses arrived in a few days as promised. They accept most vision insurance plans and were happy to answer any questions I had. I will most definitely go here for my eye exam again in a year! Thank you so much!

He’s very knowledgeable he even helped me choose frames that fit my prescription and they look great! He was so patient with me and he’s nothing short of an angel! The employees were very hospitable and formal, and had professional etiquette, which is my praise i will give. They are not at fault for this low review. The problem lies with how they determine through a physician, whether to sign off on a prescription. I went there after my medically necessary prescription glasses broke and I had done the forms for them to see my profile and I had let them know previous surgeries on my eye and diagnosed conditions, and the physician refused to sign off on a prescription due me not being able to fit in a 20/20 or 20/50 eye sight which is really unspecified because why do i need to fit into that just to be okayed for a prescription? Its discriminatory even if not intentional. I never got a clear reason or my results to substantiate why I was refused prescription glasses I NEED to see properly. I dont know if it was because I didnt bring my broken prescription glasses, or because I had No healthcare, or just plainly because my vision is that bad. After about 90 minutes and a rejection, all I got was a reference, a printed sheet, word of mouth referal to a place place and a paper promoting a society and a vitamin supplement. This is why I rate it two stars, as someone with difficult vision, its already hard enough not being able to see like a normal person, but refusal to sign a prescription by a doctor through telehealth means of service.. who was not even there personally, and did it through telehealth measures from a screen is a disservice to those with bad and or difficult vision. Especially when the place did not provided documentation that I can access online or from printed paper given after the exam to substantiate why is absurd. I do not recommend this place, thus forth.
