- DSD SAug 25, 20211.0If you ever need a refund from them, don't count on it coming anytime soon. Don't count on it coming without calling them once a week asking them where your money is. Also don't count on anyone in billing to ever be helpful until it's been months past the time you were due the refund. Prepare to give the same speech over and over while they check the notes and ask you questions that are already answered in your previous 10+ calls worth of notes. You'll be fine if you're fortunate enough to not have to deal with insurance and are paying in cash though.
