- LMLori MaysOct 19, 20245.0Robin Nichols was assigned to care for our Mom in our home 3 days a week, M,W,F. for 4 hours each of those mornings for over a year. She's a wonderful caregiver and became like a member of our family. She protected my mom from falling, fixed her breakfast and lunch, was so extremely patient with her in conversations when my mom's hearing wasn't easy. We truly appreciated her kindnesses to our mom and she was so alert to her moods and health changes and informed us of anything that needed to be addressed. I cannot speak highly enough of Home Instead and any substitution if Robin was out for any reason which was few times and far between. Thank you Robin and Home Instead!

The office staff is always polite and professional.
