- JJJaniceOct 27, 20251.0I went to the Concentra Urgent Care in Carrollton on 10/20/25. The sign-in process was awful! It took me almost an hour to get signed into the system. The nurse, an older white lady, donned gloves to input information into the system. She used the keyboard, mouse, and coughed into her glove twice because her “allergies were acting up”, then grabbed the needle to administer the TB shot. I INSISTED she change her gloves! She washed her hands and used hand sanitizer before donning new gloves and administering the TB injection. How many patients did this nurse not use UNIVERSAL PRECAUTIONS? I had not said anything, she would have used contaminated gloves on me! Now I can see how COVID and all other diseases are spread when the VECTOR is not disease-free?? DO BETTER!!
