- KBKrystina BeattieNov 4, 20211.0After I get my crown from this place I WILL NOT RETURN!! By far the worst experience I have ever had and the dentist was beyond rude! Customer service is definitely not her fortè! She sat right over me and talked about me to the hygienist about my BP being high when I had already told her high BP runs in my family, she made me feel so bad that I broke down crying! The crown that I was fitted for did not fit and somehow that was my fault and she blamed it on me when I did everything she told me to do when fitting for the permanent crown. After getting refitted for the permanent crown, she places the old temporary crown back on my tooth…which is now somewhat destroyed and bent out of shape! It’s not even properly protecting my tooth and I still had to pay her for services she didn’t even complete! I’m never coming back here once I get my permanent crown. I’m surprised she has a license.

The office is so clean and everyone in the office is very nice (the Dr, assistant, and the front desk). Dr. Shahnaz Babaloui (or Dr. B) is so nice, friendly, honest, professional, and experienced. Before doing anything, she explained everything and the all costs. She answered all the questions I have, and she did only what's needed. I did a clean up and a couple of tiny fillings. I didn't expect to be relaxed and painless, but it was! For sure, I'll keep coming here for the regular checkups, cleaning, and any needed work.
