She took the time to ask about any additional concerns, and I mentioned some discomfort with my upper incisor crown. She promptly informed Dr. Fairbanks, who adjusted and smoothed the crown to correct a minor malocclusion—without any additional charge. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown by the entire team.
