As busy as they get, they got my paperwork going and completed my examination in a timely manner. Would definitely return to the facility in the future for any required exams.

- LDLisa DelzeitOct 28, 20251.0The doctor i saw today was horrific. I had a scheduled appointment today for a workman's comp injury directly after an orthopedic exam. The nurses were very professional and friendly. The first moment I met the doctor, she started berating me for not bringing imaging (this urgent care can not read imaging discs, and that is the only sample most places provide) she was rude and interruptive every time I answered her questions, including when I was explaining the break. She was condescending about my pain and even said that my broken leg shouldn't hurt after 3 days. She compared my injury to one she had in the past in the same general region, but gave me the excuse of "everybody's pain tolerance is different" for me still feeling occasional intense pain while standing. I broke both bones in my leg and had just got the cast on that day. It was honestly shocking how condescending she was. I hope it was just a really crappy day for her and that she doesn't treat all of her patients with such disdain. The rest of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and professional and the facility is clean. It did take an hour and a half between getting called back and meeting my doctor.

With insurance they wanted to charge me $150 upfront before I even went to the back to see what they would have to do. I politely told the guy at the desk I could go to the hospital for $100. more and left. Went to AFC Urgent care on Dowlen and wasn’t charged anything. I can only imagine what they are charging people with no insurance. Definitely will be informing my insurance company about this. Oh and got 1 star because I couldn’t leave a message without selecting something, otherwise it would have been 0.
