    Great store for glasses. Eddie made this less of a purchase and more of an experience. He provided incredible hospitality and gave great recommendations. He even found the perfect pair for me, and we had a great time picking it out. Thanks, Eddie!

    The store was so visually appealing and easy to navigate . I especially appreciated the help from staff member, Eddie, who went above and beyond to be sure I picked a pair of glasses that was right for me and my needs. Even though it was my first experience at Warby Parker, I can definitely see myself being a loyal customer due to the phenomenal experience I had at the South Congress store.

    Warby Parker South Congress - I needed assistance on existing pair of Warby Parker glasses. Customer experience was excellent from time of entry to completion. I did also purchase a new pair of glasses and the process was extremely efficient! Overall great customer experience.

    Everyone in the store was very nice and the eye exam was easy but they did the additional retinal scanning service even though I specified to 2 different people I didn't want it. The cost ended up being the same as I was quoted ($205) but it would have just been $170 if I had gotten what I actually said I wanted/what I signed up for. I don't really like that I got bait and switched and they didn't make it clear during the actual exam when the additional-fee service was being performed. That just puts a bad taste in my mouth and I won't use this location in the future. The phone number listed also doesn't connect you to the location itself but a call center and there is no parking. Edit: just received the contacts I've ordered and upon opening there was a missing lens in the first pack. Their quality control is garbage and I'll be taking my business to 1800 contacts where I have never had an issue The copy and paste response is so annoying too if you don't care about customers don't bother pretending

    Came to exchange glasses for a different frame. This was for some reason difficult for the employees to handle in their system. They tried having me pay $50 more when it should have been the exact same. Then they ordered the same frame I came in to exchange so I had waste time by going to a different location today to return it.
