- CMChon Moron1 day ago1.0Went in this morning to get info on my insurance and appointments and see the frames. The rep who helped me couldn’t find my insurance info on her iPad, and after about 10 min was able to pull it up on her laptop. There were only about 3 people in the store, and I was wanting to book an appointment for an eye exam, but was trying to figure out a good time to fit my work schedule. She was clearly getting frustrated and anxious to help other people, so I just told her never mind I’ll figure something else out. Definitely will not be going back to this location due to this experience. Do better WP, never had this happen in any of your other stores.
