I have purchased lenses here twice. Today, when I broke me old pair, they offered to sell me frames on the spot and swap out the lenses. This was such a huge help.

Genuinely the best staff ever. Shoutout Hector, Monica, and Sol for letting me give them a fashion show and helping me choose the most flattering frame. Dr. Tanya is like the most awesome and compassionate person ever, I've never actually enjoyed getting an eye exam until today!! You can always tell when staff are treated well because they go above and beyond. Loyal Warby Parker shopper 4L!!

SO RUDE!! I’ve been a customer for a very long time and ordered a ton of glasses but now I will not be a Warby Parker customer. Both the tech and manager were so rude. Online prices say 85$ they kept insisting it’s 95$ but that wasn’t even the part that bothered me the most it was the smug attitude and way I was spoken too. Such a joke get a job doing something else if you don’t like working with customers.

I tried online buying but didn't like it, went to my optometrist who sells glasses but they were way too expensive. Warby Parker on North Lamar was perfect. I had very good service and intend to go back for new prescription sunglasses 😎

I’ve shopped at WP for my last 4 pair of glasses (in FtW) . I moved to Austin over a year ago and needed to upgrade my prescription so I downloaded it and headed to the store to try on and get some recommendations. The store on Lamar is tucked away and has the hardest parking lot to navigate I’ve ever seen. Not for the weak if you’re not patient don’t even try to find a spot. I was greeted, kind of when I walked in. No “Hi, welcome in , how can we help you?” But a very low hello from a guy who barely looked up from his phone. May have been the work tablet but no one was in front of him so he wasn’t helping another customer clearly. I let him know that I was looking for new frame and he pointed …You can start there. Those are the newest arrivals.. he didn’t even look up at me when he said that. Other customers walked in and I saw him immediately asked for their name if they were a previous customer, let me look up your profile, etc.. one girl he was helping, I even saw him get all her information for her insurance immediately, and she was also a walk-in. As I was looking at and trying on different frames another couple of ladies walked in with their kids and sat at a table nearby as soon as that same employee was done with the young girl. He jumped immediately over to those two and begin helping them as well. I noticed when there was no one else to help then he finally glanced over at me and slowly walked up to me and said “are you still doing OK?” Which I said, thank you for finally asking, but I’ll continue to look at the glasses and mark down my favorites and said I’ll shop online. This is the first time I’ve walked into a Warby Parker store and not been helped, he didn’t miss a beat and he said “I’m so sorry”With a blank look on his face. That’s it she didn’t even try to help after that after I corrected his lack of communication. Let me make one last observation…the other staff members never even asked if I needed anything when they were not helping other customers. This will not be a store that I shop at. I’ll find another Warby Parker In Austin, and hopefully that staff will be a lot more attentive. . I was at WP on Lamar on 11/2/25 in case the store manager wanted to know who was working that day.
