The employee bent the glasses like a pretzel and handed them back to me completely uneven . When I asked to straighten them out and the employee called me “honey”. Can you imagine if l did that as an employee to someone? creepy employee calling you “honey”, it was uncomfortable and I should have said something then and there but I didn’t want them to break my glasses . Super uncomfortable experience just for the most minor adjustment. I think management should train the employee on appropriate ways to address a customer. I don’t need someone to call me sir or mister but “Honey” is going too far. he clearly did it to belittle me when he was frustrated that I wasn’t going to walk away with messed up glasses. The way the glasses were so bent up unevenly I thought it was a joke like I was being pranked. At the end another employee bent them back as much as possible but they remain worse than they started.
