Came in for a birth control appointment, and Sara and I believe her name was Maya were very friendly and accomodating to me. The appointment was quick, no more than 30 minutes. The receptionist was also very kind and helped me receive financial assistance with my appointment. Did not feel nervous or uncomfortable at all, even though this was my first appointment here! I was able to get all my needs met within a timely manner.

I was able to book an appointment that same week which feels rare for any medical office. The receptionist was warm and kind and the waiting room was really nice and peaceful and Planet Earth was playing on the tv. The entire staff was beyond fantastic and the experience was extremely positive. Support your local Planned Parenthood and the people who choose to work there in the face of continued political opposition!!!

The staff are disorganized and consistently waste people’s time with long waits, miscommunication, and an overall lack of competence. If you value your time and want to receive professional care, I strongly recommend going to any other location.
- JHJennifer HerringSep 15, 20253.0FYI if youre coming here for the first time, dont pay to park. If you pay first then go inside and validate your parking you will still be charged. Love all the parking fees just to go to the doctor. Will never be returning to this location.

My consultation with one of the girls was very informative & she didn’t make me feel afraid to be honest about my very personal concerns and questions. My iud insertion was with Julian who was amazing, smooth process & she lets you know about what to expect and what she’s doing throughout the insertion. Will definitely be coming back to this clinic for any problems in the future
