So happy! We wanted to include our 95yo mom in our Thanksgiving reunion activities but she is wheelchair bound and unable to assist with transfers. The challenge is that we needed equipment from the Saturday before Thanksgiving to the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Ruben and James were able to get it approved and coordinated and Mike showed up with smile and positive attitude to get it set up. So nice to have something go smoothly with all the other coordination that has to happen to pull off a big reunion week.

This place and they staff are all wonderful! They helped me choose what I needed, and were very patient with me. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and professional.
When my equipment arrived, they adjusted it for me until I felt comfortable and ready to try on my own.

i was a bit nervous going in because i was concerned with how a younger person would be perceived or treated in a place like this, but the staff was really empathetic and understanding. if you are a person in your mid/late 20s with POTS or other conditions where you may need a mobility aid, this is the place to get it. they are extremely helpful and kind. great store!

The staff was really helpful and the selection was great. However a return policy of three days is absolutely ridiculous. I got covid and I could not come back within that time. And when my husband tried to return the items for me they looked at him weird and would not allow him to. I will not shop there again unless there's something there that I need for my elderly mom that I cannot get somewhere else.
