  JR installed a stair lift chair and I was absolutely stunned at the high quality of service. In this day and age, it's rare to find people that "measure twice and cut once" - who do it right the first time and don't do shoddy work! How refreshing to get such concierge level service and JR took pride in installing this chair and paying attention to all of the small details. Thank you so much, JR!

  No amount of stars could express my gratitude, on this Christmas Eve, for the service and attention that I have received from this great group of people at Kerring Group. I was feeling a sense of desperation when I found myself in need of a hospital bed for my friend of forty five years, who was discharged from the hospital yesterday and the home equipment that was supposed to be delivered wasn’t available until next week. After six attempts of trying to get a bed, with no success, I found myself talking to Alex (who called me right back after losing the connection) and from that moment on everyone I was in contact with went above and beyond to help me with my problem. Alex, Ruben, Jamie, Mike and James each and in their own way, kept me assured that they would see that my needs were met and not to worry. And then they came through! Mere hours after I contacted them. Mike delivered the bed on this Christmas Eve and was polite, professional and respectful of my situation with my friend. In no time he had the bed assembled and working and then he and the Guys back at the office were concerned that the mattress that I was going to use would be the one that was best for my friend so Mike contacted James to see if there was anything that they could do to help me be completely prepared going into the holiday. And once again they went above and beyond and provided me with the mattress that was needed and James acted in a most charitable manner to help me be comfortable and confident about my situation and be able to start enjoying the holiday here with my dear friend. On this Christmas Eve I was reminded that there were still many caring, thoughtful and generous people in the world that take great pride in their work and their willingness to help others solve the problems that they face. My hat’s off and my gratitude is immense to each and every one of you at Kerring !!! You helped me through a very difficult time and great blessings to you all !!! You have made it a Very Merry Christmas indeed!! TO THE MOON WITH THE STARS !!!🙏✌️

  Went to a sister company of this one and the sister company called this place to asked if they had a baja wrangler 2 scooter and they said yas we do send your customer to me, Needless to say i cant hardly walk due to last week back surgery, I drove 1 hr in the rain to get here and guess what the lied to the sister company man because they didmt have one at all, so the owner said let me make you best deal in town for my waist of time so i said ok I found something I kinda liked and told owner i pay cash and im a Veteran so I google the prices of the scooter and waited for salesman to come back with me a offer and he priced it 1100.00 more than one I can buy anywhere else or offline, dont trust this place they are out to rip you off not help, I will say the saleman in the wheelchair was absolutely great, you all need to make him owner or manager
