    Despite my child’s 3-week cough and clear symptoms of a URI(Upper Respiratory Infection) confirmed later by another urgent care, the provider only advised a humidifier and nasal spray without recommending any tests or medication. I am dissatisfied with their quality of care.

    I was in the waiting room and a woman was being very demanding, insulting and rude to the front desk staff. The woman behind the desk remained very calm, professional and courteous despite the way she was being treated. Also, the guy I brought here with a cut on his finger was immediately taken to the back as his injury was serious. Thank you!
