We looked all over for an urgent care that is open on Thanksgiving. There was nothing on the website indicating this spot would be closed on Thanksgiving when other centers had website postings or something on their linked Facebook accounts. We were able to book an appointment online when other centers blocked the day off to prevent booking the holiday. We called before it opened and there was no phone message saying it was closed when other centers had a message confirming they were closed. We filled out the paperwork after receiving an email confirmation of the appointment we had booked. We show up to a sign on the door. Y'all really thought that was good enough communication? Terrible.

I suggest you call them before arriving, since they are never there! Last week, I made a online appointment, I recieved a call from them about 10 minutes before my appointment and they said the provider left for the day due to an emergency. I drove into town today needing to see someone for the same issue, and no one is there at 11:30am. The doors are locked and no one is answering the phone. We have had another previous issue of the provider calling in a antibiotic for my 6 year old, and our pharmacy did not have it, I called Total point and the provider had already left early for th day( before closing time) and they wouldn't not change my daughter's antibiotic who needed it severely. We checked every pharmacy in Athens and no one had it. We had to make calls to pharmacies in Tyler until we found someone and then had to make the hour trip at 9pm to go puck it up. Not sure why they are even here in Athens, if no one is there.

Fast, friendly, and clean. Was in and out under 30 minutes. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Lindsey, Cassidy, and all of the staff are absolutely amazing. I went in for an IV and b-12 injection, and they were efficient and extremely kind. 10/10.
