The curly haired young lady, Mrs. Valerie was very condescending while taking my information. All staff seemed absolutely miserable except for 1 other employee that checked on us. But of course I get the Grinch. Happy Holidays lol!

I had an appointment at 11:30 am. I arrived at 11:15, the lady up front was helping someone and a walk in came in right before me. As I stood at the counter she said I’ll be right with you. I’m thinking great. She finishes up and now on to her walk in that needs an exam has a ton of questions etc. he was kind enough to say to the sales person to go ahead and help me. She brings me to the back another woman comes out sone conversation around the fact that I brought my old glasses purchased there and wanted them to replace the frameless lenses which the same frame is in their show room. It is now 11:35. The one lady up front tells the one in the back she doesn’t need her. I remind her I have an appointment. Wait another 10 minutes while she continues to help her walk in. The lady in the back finally comes out messes around with some machine starts to setup the eye exam. I told her I had an appointment now almost 20 minutes ago, she says I know will be with you shortly. Goes and asks the lady up front who is first me or the walkin guy up front she actually says the walkin. I told them both I was leaving that they had terrible customer service, communication and I would write a review. Here it is, can’t get good workers anymore wish I got their names. The one up front literally said 3x HAVE A NICE DAY. I responded I will now that I don’t have to deal with their poor customer service. By the way the last pair of glasses I got here I paid for the most expensive polycarbonate lenses and they peeled in less than six months. Never going back and I work in Benefits for a major employer I will definitely steer everyone away from this location. Hire some people who care about their jobs and service.

Not sure what happened.. I visited about two months ago for the 2 for $79 deal. They were very nice and expensive but I noticed they kept adding fees. Since I was in dyer need of glasses I paid and when I went to the eye exam part the girl literally puffed the air into my eyes about 6 times because she kept messing up the eye photo. Then we went into the “virtual exam?” Which really didn’t do much. When they finished the glasses they didn’t size them but whatever. They also prescribed me with stigmatism but ever since that appointment my eyes have been so bad and it started every since I got these glasses. When I dont wear my glasses that when all of these symptoms stop!

They seem very money hungry. My insurance says that blue light filtering was $15, I was told by Stanton Optical it was not covered and I would have to pay out of pocket for it. I wanted a new pair of glasses, not the display, I was told I had to get the display since the glasses were designer and they didn't carry more than one and if I did want new it would be an extra charge. I asked during my exam how much it would be to change out the prescription on my current glasses to my new prescription and was told it would be $20, I come back a few days later to do so and was told the $20 was the charge for the frame not being from Stanton Optical and would be total about $100+. And to top it off the doctor is virtual not even in office.
