- MJMaureen JamesMar 26, 20251.0The front desk personnel and management are entirely very UNPROFESSIONAL! I came in to get medical records collated for some members of my family, and I was called a few days later to collect the packages. These packages are to be properly sealed because of where these documents are to be submitted.(the receiving agency is very STRICT on this) On this fateful day I collected the packages, I noticed that one of the packages was not properly sealed and the tape was crooked and stained. I pointed these findings to the front desk woman, who blatantly and rudely stated that there was nothing wrong with it and that it was going to be a waste of paper. At this point all I could say was “wow, so you want to overlook how this package does not fit with the submission standards over a piece of envelope?” The next day, I called and was told by Maria that the doctor is busy with other patients and that I would be notified later that day when the documents are ready. I called the office again by 3pm and was told that it will take another 4-5 business days for the envelope to be changed and duly signed by the doctor. At this point I was in shock at how this clinic and its management can be so cruel, vengeful and unprofessional to say the least!
